Terms and conditions of Savikalpa Sciences Private Limited’s (hereinafter referred to as “Savikalpa”, “We”, or “Us”) Shipping Policy:

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Orders are delivered within 8-10 business days to any location within the territory of India. If there are significant delays in shipment of any order, customers are informed of the delay immediately and we endeavour to get your consignment to you as soon as possible.

Savikalpa does not ship to locations outside of the territories of India.

Shipping charges to the customer are based on the weight and volume of the products and delivery location. Before the final checkout page, the customer will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and the customer will have a chance to not place the order if they decide not to.

Savikalpa may, from time to time, at its own discretion, run promotions that cover the cost of shipping to customers.

Savikalpa via its delivery partners will deliver to the recipient at the address indicated at the time of checkout. The recipient’s address should be complete along with the correct contact number. There should be someone to receive the package at the mentioned address. Our delivery partner will attempt the delivery thrice, failing which, the consignment will be returned to Savikalpa. In case, you would like us to re-ship the order, a fresh shipping charge will be levied.

There is no obligation to deliver a shipment to the recipient personally and the delivery partner may deliver to someone other than the person named at the time of checkout.

Cash on Delivery service may only be available in a limited service area.

In case a customer’s PIN Code is out of our delivery partners’ serviceable area, Savikalpa will ship the consignment only on a pre-paid basis via the best alternative delivery option available.

In case of delay in delivery of your consignment due to floods, inclement weather, natural disasters, lockdowns, elections, curfews or other impediments, Savikalpa shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery of your shipment.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and a website tracking link.

Our delivery partners may, at their discretion, or upon the request of any competent authority, open and inspect any shipment at any time, and shall incur no liability of any kind therefore.

If you receive a damaged consignment, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist in your filing a claim.

Proof of delivery may be furnished to you by Us upon submission of a request for the same by you within 45 days of booking of the consignment.

A shipment shall be considered undeliverable if the recipient’s address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect or if the address cannot be located by our shipping delivery partner.

Shipment shall be considered undeliverable if the recipient fails or refuses to accept delivery or sign or pay for delivery of any consignment

Shipment shall be considered undeliverable if the consignment is detained or otherwise unable to clear local or State boundaries.

Savikalpa encourages reuse and recycling and requests you to reuse and recycle all the packaging material used in shipment of your consignment to the extent possible.

In case a customer wants to change her delivery address after conformation of an order, she may do so by writing to us. Additional levy of INR 100 will be charged for the same.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Terms and conditions of Savikalpa Sciences Private Limited’s (hereinafter referred to as “Savikalpa”, “We”, or “Us”) Returns and Exchange Policy:

We do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

For any incorrect product delivered to you where the delivered product does not match the item in your order confirmation, we are happy to exchange your product for a replacement. Please note that the seal of the outer carton of any incorrect item delivered has to be intact for an exchange request to be fulfilled by us.

If any product delivered to you has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are happy to exchange your product for a replacement.

Only requests for exchange made within 48 hours of delivery of your consignment shall be considered by us. Any items exchanged for the first time will be free of cost to you.

If you receive a defective product and request an exchange of the item within the stipulated 48 hour time period from delivery of consignment, and if the product of your choice is not in stock, we will, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 14 working days from time of receipt of returned product to us. The refund shall be made through any online mode of payment.

Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.

To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +91 9818408488 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (IST) or email us at with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the damaged or defective item. Our customer care team respond to you within 72 working hours. We typically make a reverse pick-up within 4 business days.

We reserve sole discretion to provide resolution to exchange requests as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

We do not currently service international shipments or exchanges.
