Raghav Priyadarshi

Founder & CEO

Raghav co-founded Koan Advisory, a leading policy research & advocacy firm. Raghav is also co-founder of The Kumaon, one of India’s most celebrated boutique hotels; Pucca, a social enterprise delivering small-scale rural infrastructure; and Ahad Anhad, a forum for creative instigations. Additionally, he is a trustee of charitable initiatives encompassing animal welfare and farmer welfare.

Kshitij Bal

COO

Kshitij is a trained filmmaker from L.A. who believes in bringing efficiency to organisations using his skills across industries, including journalism, banking, filmmaking and video game production, to create strategies and processes that help organisations grow and scale.

Vivan Sharan

Co-founder

Vivan is co-founder and Managing Partner of Koan Advisory. Previously, Vivan was the CEO of the Global Governance Program at the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), India’s largest multi-disciplinary think tank. An advisor to the Esya Centre and a board member of several innovation-centric start-ups, Vivan wrote Wonked!: India in Search of an Economic Ideology, published by Bloomsbury in 2019.

Co-founder

Vedika Khanna is a promoter of a private contract-manufacturing firm supplying one of India’s largest consumer foods businesses. Additionally, Vedika Khanna has developed and driven marketing strategies for boutique brands in the apparel and hospitality industries.

Vijay Sappani

Co-founder

Vijay Sappani is co-founder of Terrascend, one of the first publicly listed licensed medical cannabis producers in Canada. Vijay is currently the founder and CEO of Ela Capital, a cannabis venture capital firm. Vijay holds investments in over 20 medical cannabis companies globally and brings international best practices to his native India.

Dr. Bhanu Sharma

Resident Ayurvedic Physician

Dr. Sharma is an experienced Ayurvedic Physician. She is trained in nadi pariksha, panchkarma and marma treatments. She holds a Diploma in Nutrition Health and Education. Her special areas of interest and expertise include Rheumatic, Dermatological, Gastrointestinal and Gynaecological disorders.

Priyanshi Gupta

Marketing Manager

Priyanshi brings sales, PR and marketing experience from companies like Hugo Boss, Furla and Genesis Luxury. She has grown business for her clients and handled time-sensitive projects that required both urgency and quality. Priyanshi manages a wide range of projects, from webinars to corporate collaborations.

Anmol has a knack for psychology and data. Having worked with the finance, transport, FMCG and e-commerce industries, Anmol focuses on deep research and metric-backed insights to create an interlinked ecosystem. He uses his psychological and data-led knowledge to create comprehensive marketing plans for performance marketing, SEO and more.

With a degree in Pharmacy, Ruchi brings clinical knowledge as well as five years of marketing experience to Savikalpa. Her inputs from the fashion, lifestyle and FMCG industries help her onboard and grow business for Savikalpa, spearheading doctor outreach and offline vendor engagement.

Diya Singh

Customer Engagement Manager

Diya is a people’s person. She is the common node bringing together communities across India into the Savikalpa sansaar. Diya organises, manages and oversees all Savikalpa events which engender community approaches to health and healing. If that wasn’t enough, she’s doing her MBA alongside work.

Gayanath P. Menon

Visual Designer

Gayanath took up visual design purely out of passion. Having previously worked with advertising agencies, his wide client experience helps him adapt design approaches to suit disparate platforms and media. Gayanath has a keen understanding of website flows and design, adding UI and UX insights into his design outputs.

A musician at heart, Abhishek understands the importance of audience interaction, bringing quality engagements for corporates and customers alike. Abhishek helps the management at Savikalpa Sciences coordinate internal and external marketing and operational strategies.

Harshita has a deep passion for journalism, which she adopts into a journalistic approach to meticulously research information to create blogs, headlines, videos and more. A sportsperson at heart, Harshita is a team player, helping build content for marketing activities across platforms and media.

Yashi Navaya

Social Media Marketing Strategist

Yashi, experienced in social media, content creation and journalism, bridges the offline and online world seamlessly. A bit of a fashion and couture geek, her sense of aesthetics is not lost on the content she generates at events for Savikalpa. Yashi helps build holistic digital marketing strategies for a community focused on holistic healing.

Narendra Nag

Narendra is CEO of Laminar, a zero-turbulence streaming infrastructure that helps the world’s great content companies launch a Netflix-class streaming service. Formerly, Narendra served as Chief Digital Officer at Xynteo, an Oslo-headquartered consulting firm helping Fortune 100 companies re-engineer their businesses to put sustainability at the heart of profitable operations.

Corey Way

Corey is a Toronto-based award-winning Creative Director, Designer and Entrepreneur. He has built companies dedicated to disrupting the advertising, production, cannabis and publication sectors. Corey Way has won international awards at One Show, D&AD and Cannes for his work.

Juan Exposito

Juan is a multidisciplinary Creative Director and Senior Graphic Designer utilising design thinking to achieve optimum creative outcomes. Juan has worked with multiple global brands such as McDonald’s, MasterCard, and Gatorade, and more recently finds himself creating and growing new brands in the medical cannabis, functional wellness and publication sectors.

Sean Hayes is a Cannabis Medicine Consultant from Ontario, Canada. A product specialist and subject matter expert in the medical cannabis sector, Sean Hayes dedicates particular interest to patient care and doctor engagement and education.

Matt Storey

Matt is a strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience in the dietary supplement, CPG and natural health industries. He is Director of International Business at Charlotte’s Web, the world's premier CBD firm. Matt Storey sits on the strategic advisory board of two early-stage global medical cannabis companies and has experience managing global go-to-market strategy development.

Dr. Kriti Soni

Dr. Soni is a pharmaceutical scientist specialising in drug delivery systems. She was leading formulation development at Dabur Research Foundation before foraying into product R&D for some of India’s fastest-growing wellness brands. Dr. Kriti Soni has developed patented technologies enhancing topical permeation and bioavailability. She has several publications to her credit in nanomedicine, phytomedicine, and more.

Dr. Abhi Pushparaj

Dr. Pushparaj is the CEO and CSO of Qunuba Sciences, a drug inhalation technology company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Abhi Pushparaj has extensive experience designing clinical trials supported by the US National Institute of Health and the Canadian Institutes for Health Research, as well as obtaining global regulatory approvals of medical devices and biopharmaceutical products.

Dr. Paridhi Ojha

Dr. Ojha is a Sports Physiotherapist working towards preserving, enhancing and regaining an individual's maximum movement range and functional capabilities. She is the founder of Enkinetik Performance Clinic, working with elite athletes across the nation. A professional tennis player and a Delhi State Gold Medallist, Dr. Ojha completed her master's in Sports Physiotherapy, focusing on biomechanics.
